Basic Oatmeal Recipe

I admit, I am an oatmeal addict. I have oatmeal every single morning for breakfast. It's one of my 'go-to's that I simply adore. #1: It's easy to prepare #2: It keeps me full till lunch #3: I can have endless creations!

This is my Basic Oatmeal recipe, thus feel free to add your favourite toppings. My favourite is definitely avocado and banana. And of course, a big dollop of peanut butter (as seen in the video)

Basic Oatmeal Recipe Makes 1 serving

Ingredients: 3 Tbs Instant oats 1 Tbs Raw honey (Sub coconut sugar if vegan) 1/4 - 1/2 Cup HOT water (you may use less or more) 1 Tbs Chia seeds Splash of plant based milk/soy milk

Directions: 1. Place oats and honey into a bowl. Add in hot water and stir till the water has been absorbed 2. Pour in Chia seeds after the mixture has been cooled down slightly and stir again 3. Once the mixture has thickened up, add in a splash of desired milk 4. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy
